It's time to root through some trailers. What sorts of wonderful things will be alluded to today?
OH!!! HELL!!! YES!!!
After the pants tightening first trailer for this David Fincher adaptation, this extended, 3+ minute, beast is just what we need to whet the appetite. It shows off enough of the plot while still be keeping an air of mystery, while introducing the characters without giving too much away.
It looks sick, the actors all look to do a fine job, and Trent Reznor's music is aces! More please!
Looks awesome and Fincher is really going to push some buttons with this one. Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI love this trailer. I love the music. I need some more Reznor on my iPod!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely can't wait!
I wonder why Fincher wants to re-do this movie in US because Niels Arden Oplev did a great job in depicting the book. It's a wonderful film that stands on its own, and couldn't be more well done.
ReplyDelete@Dan O: Neither can I!
ReplyDelete@Stevee: Yes! You do! Load up on Nine Inch Nails right now!
@DTG: I don't know. People said the same thing about LET ME IN, and I thought that LET ME IN was better than the swedish version. I know I'm in a minority there, but, still... Given the talent on display, this one gets the benefit of the doubt from me until proven guilty.
